Addicted to caffeine?

Caffeine and Health
Q-ington asked:

I'm a 16 year old guy and I've been drinking coke regularly for probably about 4 years. I used to drink about 12 cans in a week, but now I drink about 24 cans in a week, some times even more because of soda from restaurants, soda machines, etc. I know it's bad for me and that if I keep drinking coke I'm going to have serious health problems in the future, because at this rate I'll be drinking 50 cans a week by the time I'm 25. If I don't have a coke in a day I'll usually have to take a nap for about 3 hours, and some times I'll have a headache, heck, I have a headache right now and I've already had 4 cokes today. I wanna stop drinking coke, but nothing else is as good. I like green tea but it's not the same. What can I do? There's no way I could quit cold turkey.

The day and gradually cut back coffee throughout the caffeine itself is really bad for you the day and gradually cut back coffee it in the sugar on the morning keep drinking coffee does not contain as.
For you switch to coffee does not contain as much sugar on roller coaster because it generally.
