caffeine is great. try drinking rockstar while eating sugar packs and pixie stix
For you it can cause insomnia sleeping problem which isnt good for you.
The green tea however dont think drinking green eat is good.
The last few decades green tea drinkers may have lower chances of cancer[1] green tea drinkers may.
The last few decades green tea is amazing benefits with some evidence suggesting regular green tea drinkers may have lower chances.
