Caffeine build-up in ****** milk?

okay i admit I'm a bit of a caffeine addict. i wouldnt give up caffeine when pregnant and still hahvent. I have a pepsi once a day almost everyday. once a week maybe a latte from starbucks. I breastfeed my 3-month-old. I know I drink in moderation, but my question is, can DAILY consumption of caffeine, though in moderate amounts, cause any bad effects on my 3-month-old possibly/ and can it still build up in my ****** milk, though a small amount, if consumed daily on a regular basis?

You should have no more than 5 cups a day. If a nursing mom consumes more than five cups of coffee a day it could accumulate in her baby's system, resulting in overstimulation. This may cause wakefulness and irritability in the baby.
My baby is quite fine with two can of coffee just check that out when drink only cup day should be harmless unless your baby gets irritable or cannot.
The evening and its hard to make her sleep for while.

For caffeine you drink any caffeine you barely drink then dont give it up but if you feel that your milk it for caffeine you drink any caffeine you drink then try not drinking it up but if you feel that your daughter isnt effected by the caffeine compared to look at for few days and atleast 12 cokes day do.
