Caffeine Headaches?

Caffeine and Health
sphinxxikitten13 asked:

I stopped drinking any caffeine, soda, coffee etc about a week ago. I'm still getting massive headaches ever since I stopped. I thought it was 3 days and boom your done…

Anyone know how long the "withdraw" will last. haha

I stopped drinking it for health reasons, and its easier for me to do it cold turkey than little by little.

Caffeine withdrawal headaches are common. Should start to get better soon.

My understanding and follow through you dont want to have to have to start all over again.
The wise choice and experience is about weeks and experience is about weeks and follow through you dont want to start all over again.

Depends on how much you used to drink and for how long… take any NSAIDs (advil, motrin) until the headaches stop. Drinking lots of water will help too!
