Coffee and effects on skin and health?

I drink a little coffee no more than a cup/ cup and a half at the most, not every day but I noticed I have been drinking it more often, I dont like that so I am going to quit drinking it. I like drinking it but at the same time I always wonder if it bad for your skin I noticed if I drink coffee and then take a shower my skin is dryer than normal also it stains your teeth. Good tips on quitting coffee.? I love green tea and plan on always drinking that the caffeine in tea dose not effect me only coffee. Today I got an iced coffee and poured some out but drank about 75% I always feel so guilty and in my head I am like I dont want to drink this anymore like it is the last time I want it to be the last time, so I am done no looking back. Any good advice or tips if I do get a craving. I live in LA and there is coffe shops everywhere. I dont own a coffee maker so thats not a problem.
