Do you think "Energy Drinks" may be beneficial to your health?

I don't think so.. you need natural drinks. Juice, water, milk.
Everything in moderation. It's a simple rule. Drink one energy drink every once in a while, and you're fine. Drinking three or more every day and you're likely going to end up with problems. Caffeine is okay. Too much caffeine is not good. Simple as that.
An iced tea drink but like rocket fuel for over 10 years now.

Not at all! If anything, they are hurtful and get you addicted to them. Too many chemicals!!
