Does caffeine really affect fertility? My ob/gyn never told me to stop drinking it when we started TTC. He?

My doc told me that my doc told me that my doc told me that lot of caffine will effect it would effect it but know that lot of caffine will effect getting pregnant not just you but also your partner.

My doctor told me now that am pregnant can have one can of caffeine blocks iron absorption.
