Does unsweetened black tea have as much caffeine as coffee or soda? I have switched from soda to tea?

Tea is a much better choice.
Yes it does.
For the specific caffeine than coffee and tea either little more than coffee and tea has less caffeine amounts.
The only problem is that was mine too and it worked out pretty well.
