energy sources other than caffeine?

is there anything other than caffeine to give you energy that I can consume that isn't bad for your health?

I haven't had caffeine in about 1 month because I gave it up.

BUT now Im lacking energy I need. I'm trying to conceive and caffeine is bad for you, so if theres anything more natural that I can take that won't affect my fertility or overall health that would be awesome! any suggestions?

fruits like bananas! you should eat lots of fruit of different colors in one day. drink water straight after waking up. and maybe some chocolate :]. you are right caffeine is evil.

Caffine does not give you energy, it is a stimulant. It perks you up for a short time but then you eventually crash. Energy comes from a balanced diet. If you are always tired, perhaps you have a medical condition or you don't get enough sleep. Try fixing these first before you try another more potent (and addictive)stimulant.
