Help - I need a balanced diet that tastes nice?
I want a healthy, balanced diet.
My top meals (from my food diary) are:
1) Turkey mince Chili Con Carne - 78 meals this year
2) Chinese Stir Fry turkey and veg - 60
3) Chicken Jalrezi curry - 59
(All homemade and fresh)
I really avoid dairy, wheat, red meat and processed foods but I have got into a sticking point. I find it hard to make many meals I used to enjoy due to foods I avoid. I will also make the agony worse when I try to eat half of each meal as a raw salad.
I drink 6 pints of filtered water and will soon ban caffeine. I never eat sweets and rarely eat puddings or chocolate.
I want to enjoy food but not kill my health. So what can I eat?
(I do crave crap food every now and again and sometimes give in to temptation).

The odd treat wont hurt you.
you can try to have tofu which contains high protein and low calory with some hot and spicy sauce.
