How diuretic is caffeine?

I just had three glasses of tea and a half cup of coffee, and found that I need to use the bathroom every hour-hour and a half today. Normally it's every three to four hours.

I have no other health issues right now, so I'm pretty sure it's the caffeine.

What should I do to restore balance? I know I should probably never do this again…
I don't drink herbal tea. It was the regular, caffeinated stuff.
