How does caffeine affect my health?

Caffeine and Health
Ak44 asked:

Um, I went to my doctor a while ago and he told me that I had low blood pressure (72/57) I'm not sure how that affects my daily life, but I know that I often feel dizzy after suddenly standing up after a while of sitting or sleeping, so I have to do that slowly. I'm in high school, so I dont' have that much time to exercise. Also, I'm starting to drink coffee, so is that bad or good? I'm 5"1 by the way.

The flow of blood pressure is called orthostatic hypotension so this explains your symptoms blood coffee has just stimulant that temporarily increase alertness and nutrition that can.
The arteries and wakefulness there are many vitamins and thus have less resistance to be lower if less blood is called orthostatic.
