i need some general health tips?

i'm an average bmi, but i want to lose about 10 pounds this summer…just some pesky fat i gained senior year of high school and freshman year of college. i'm well hydrated most of the time and i don't drink sodas, caffeine, or large quantities of alcohol. also, i get 6-8 hours of sleep a night, floss, do fluoride gargles, etc.
what can i do to help my general health (and not just the weight loss)?
oh, and i'm gluten intolerant, so i'm restricted in that area…

Exersise 30 minutes every day.
Eat fish twice a week
Eat 2 cups of fruits and vegetables a day.
Drink tea.
