Is Caffeine-Free Green Tea as healthy as Regular?

Caffeine and Health
nicole asked:

Does the process of removing caffeine out of Green Tea take away the health benefits? I'm aware that Green Tea is very very good for you, and I love drinking the caffeine-free stuff. While I know that it will never be completely devoid of caffeine, I can't drink any larger amounts because I have a super sensitive reaction to anything with caffiene in it. However, I heard that the Caffeine free stuff becomes completely un-beneficial when its removed. Is that true? Thats going to make me sad.. Because I cant drink the real stuff.
Haha its ridiculous how many times I had to spell "caffeine" in that sentence! lol I'm going to be really sad if I cant enjoy the health benefits just because my body goes super crazy anxious when I drink Caffeine =[=[=[
