Question about coffee and caffeine?

Caffeine and Health
ellagirl asked:

I found out I was pregnant with my first at the beginning of the year. I gave up coffee, tea and anything with caffeine while I was pregnant. Unfortunately last week I sadly had my first miscarriage as well. Although I am no longer pregnant, I thought I would give up coffee and caffeine for good. I find myself wanting to have a cup of coffee now so badly. I know coffee is not good while you are pregnant, but is it really so bad for your health? What do you think?
