Question on caffeine and health risks?

My wife is 125 lbs, and is 5'4". She is toned and runs 3 miles every other day and lifts weights. You would think she would have "natural" energy. She is always sleepy. She drinks Red Bulls and takes NoDoz. She can take a nap after 200 mg of caffeine! She has been to the doctor a couple times and all blood work is ok. She is always tired. It has gotten to where she is consuming 600 mg of caffeine in a day and still can go to bed at 10 pm and fall dead asleep. Any suggestions?

Caffeine has been proven to be perfectly safe in small doses as a stimulant, however excessive use should be avoided.
If it is having no effect on her any more, remove it from her diet. She would be better off getting her energy from foods like porridge, whole grain ceral etc which release energy slowly.
