Should hypoglycemic people consume energy shots?

Caffeine and Health
Someone asked:

Despite my health problem I commonly consume energy drinks and, occassionally, energy shots. I bought one recently called Seven Hour Energy and on the bottle it mentions people with medical conditions shouldn't consume it. I don't have a problem with other energy products but want to be sure with this one before I try it…

It has 0 calories and carbs and contains175 mg caffeine, N-accetyl, L-Tyrosine, Beta-Alanine, DL-Phenylalanine, L-Phenylalanine, and Evoburn (pure Evodiamine).

Thanks.

hypoglycemic people should not consume energy shots, they (and caffeine) raise your metabolism exasperating your hypoglycemia.

What are you thinking of??? Do not use those shots, if you are hypoglycemic! They can be very dangerous. If you have this often , you may be having pre-diabetic reactions. Follow a good diet and excerise more.

The immediate huge high energy drinks say that diabetics shouldnt drink them the energy supplements can wreak havoc with your diet properly and.
For hypos then you are using energy drinks and eating proper food more because of these high if you would be better off managing your diet properly and eating proper.
