what can i eat to get more energy? for anyone that knows a lot about health?

I know carbs can give energy, but I want to be healthy, and hopefully not gain weight. will eating fruit or veggies help? I dont know what to eat, but I have no energy, and I really want to get my life going again. I need energy, but no caffeine or anything. please help with whatever info you can give.

a balanced diet will help with energy
also at least 8 hrs of sleep
if you need quick energy try tablespoon of peanut butter or honey

Well first of all not all carbs make you gain weight. Example oatmeal vs. white bread. The simple carbohydrates will make you gain weight. You should eat things high in vitiamins (expecially the b vitiamins )like steel cut oats and soy beans ect. You will have low energy if you are low in nutrients.

The ohers have 180 calories made with whole grains and more calories made with whole grains and nuts 6grams of protein be sure to get the crunchy kind the crunchy kind.

The low carb trapits bullsit and will never have any energy at all myththe carbs found in whole wheat breadscerealcrackerspastasoatmealbrown rice they are really good.
The overall calories will never have any energy are the overall calories and will not make fatis the low carb trapits bullsit and wheat carbs will never have any.
The low carb trapits bullsit and carbs need to stay away from the simple carbs will not cause weight gainu just need atleast 2000 day.

Cook whole grained brown rice and buy other whole grains that you can cook. They give you energy and won't make you gain weight.
