What happens if you drink to much caffeine? Is it bad for your health?

I have had so much caffeine today that it feels like my eyes are bouncing back and forth. I fee all weird…..super wired….a lil anxious.
Thanks for your answers. I started the day off with my 3 cups of coffee like normal but discovered this stuff by Crystal Light. It's strawberry flavored powder that you mix w/ water. It has caffeine in it and that's all I've been drinking today. I've probably had 4 or 5 packets! I am definitely laying off the stuff tomorrow.
