You cannot sleep anxious, besides, you will damage your nervous system and you will get heart palpitations..
Yes, it can cause stomach and heart problems and lead to a nervous reaction (your eye thing is a classic example).
caffeine changes teh ph of your blood and makes your heart freak out !!!!!!!!! its not good for you and you cna overdose
