What is better to do, sleep for one hour? Or drink caffeine?
I have to take an exam at 8:00 am in the morning. It is currently soon to be 5 o clock. I've estimated about two more hours is sufficient, but I'm pondering on whether I should sleep that last hour or take in a RedBull.
What would be better, sleep? -cause then I would be in a sleepy state when I do the exam.
Or caffeine? -Would I like kill my health doing this?
OR BOTH!? Sleep + caffeine?
I'll pick an answer in two hours. ^^
