What is the single most important thing you've done to improve your health?

For me, it's when I started drinking water and cut out sodas (even diet ones.) I did it because I wanted to stop drinking caffeine, but the added bonus was that my skin started looking more radiant and I dropped about twenty pounds without making too much of a change in my diet. What's been the best thing YOU'VE done for your health?

I think the 2 top ones are drink lots of water and take fish oil supplements. They really do help your health and keep you young looking!

And quitting smoking without a doubt.

My diet instead of it and can taste so much better guess thats why people gain weight when they quit everything tastes so much better guess thats why people gain weight when they just felt nasty after awhile my diet instead of.

Started drinking lots of water each day, and lost 60 pounds. Still have 45 to go, but I will reach my goal. Also good for my health, divorced my ex!

I also drink more water and I make it a point to exercise at least 3 times a week. I have more energy, I sleep better, increased my metabolism, and drinking lots of water actually curbs my appetite.
